I used tti and had no trouble. Used primary 2 1/4" tubes and it fit perfectly. I have a hemi on Schumacher mounts. However I have Indy heads so the port might be different. Not sure about your question on the steering box.
Reilly Motorsports have one of the better systems out there based on what the forums say.

However not everyone agrees this is a good idea. Do a search of Moparts for some discussion of this issue.
I bought a bunch of replacements from SuperBrite for my Cobra and they make a big difference. With Lucas electrics and Smiths gauges, I need all the help I can get. The dash lights were more of a suggestion of light rather than actual light. The LEDs look more like a modern car in terms of...
I agree with Big John. I put in a 22" 3 core copper triple flow radiator in my roadrunner when I installed the hemi. It was a bit pricey but is works fine. If anything the engine runs a bit cool if I can believe my temp sensor.

I put in a Carter P74029 front of the tank and I am pretty happy with it. I use it to start my engine and then let the mechanical pump do the rest. There are a couple of threads here that have quite a lot of information on electric pumps.
I've got a couple of "383' inserts that are in pretty good shape but they are not new. Willing to sell pretty cheap. Let me know if you're interested and I will send pics.
You could look into a GearVendors OD unit that installs behind the trans. Also it would be a lot cheaper to change out the 3:91 unless you have it for a reason.
I have looked at this for quite a while. From what I have seen all of those conversions say it's a simple bolt on but the fact is they all require quite a bit of fabrication and you have to chop up your trans tunnel. That kind of settled the matter for me.
There were a few posts on Moparts...
The 18 spline trans is different from the 23 spline unit beyond the input shaft. Why would you want to change the input shaft in the first place. I have a 23 spline trans in my 'runner with a hemi that puts out well over 500 ft-lbs over most of the rpm range measured at the rear wheels. The...
I know a couple of folks that are sort of affiliated with RBRE. One guy bought their racing chassis a few years ago and I think he is now an NHRA record holder. I almost built an engine with them but had second thoughts at the time. I wanted a hemi but wasn't ready to commit that kind of...
There is nothing wrong with drum brakes, they work just fine. The advantage of disc brakes is that they resist fade much better. This would be important if you had occasion to hit the brakes hard on multiple occasions one after the other. Most stuff I see on forums today looks like many people...
