So here is my RR project. Originally a 383 AT low option car. I believe it was built as a brown exterior, brown/cream interior. Someone was trying to make a race car/show car out of it at one point. Have a 66 426 for it. Car came out of Medford OR.

Like the tilt hood also. Was the 426 ever been bored out or is it stock. Nice motor. The car looks good and straight. Good luck.

A Hemi and a tilt front end. Oh yeah...

The tilt was on the car when I got it, I will probably leave it but need to make it so it can be unlatched from inside the car. The hood works normally amazingly enough. The car has a right rear quarter panel flip lock on it (think Charger but other side). It has a real crappy roll cage in it which I will definitely remove. It also has a 68 Charger instrument cluster and steering wheel in it complete with Tic Tac. The body looks good but who knows what is hiding under the paint. I do not intend to blast it, only block it out and reshoot it. I definitely had some fabrication to do as the front down tubes are not good and neither is the shock supports. The idea for the car is to make it a streetable hotrod with the Hemi, 4 speed (of course wit a pistol grip), and air grabber (want to try and convert to electric). I intend to leave the tilt and gas filler but make them better.

Actually the tilt is well executed whoever did it. I thought about converting it back but its unique and cool so I will leave it. I need to finish my 73 Cuda so I can get on the RR. I wll have to deal with the hemi at some point and get it together. It has like 13:1 pistons in it, the original plan was to space out the heads via thick head gaskets to get the compression down to around 10:1, I think I am just going to have to bite the bullet and get new pistons. Going to run a single 4BBL EFI TB on it.

Some one on here showed and electrical actuator on his air grabber in stead of the vacuum one. Might search past post and find it. Russ.
