Not sure what you are dealing with, but my '69 Road Runner (383) has the oem 22" radiator still in it. I purchased my shroud (and mounting brackets) from Mega Parts. It fir perfectly.

Check the ground on the orange box, or better yet, swap it out with your spare and see if that solves the problem.

I replaced my OEM 37 amp alternator a few years back with a round back 55 amp. Minimal head lamp dimming at idle. It was an improvement over the OEM 37 amp.

I replaced my headliner a couple of years ago with the OEM type perforated liner. Can't see the white deadening material behind it.

For what it's worth. I replaced my alternator a few years ago with a Napa unit. It lasted 1 month. The replacement they pulled from stock had a big nick in the pulley. Looked as if it had been dropped. I got a refund and went elseware.

Black with chrome lugs & front dust cap.

If I remember correctly, I think I tapped mine into the IP dimmer switch.

I don't recall making any modifications, but then, mine was factory installed, so we may be talking apples and oranges.

Russ, I replaced my carpets a couple of years ago, but CRS prevents me from remembering much about it. I think I did use carpet glue on the side covers. I think I cut the bottom edge long and wrapped it around and then glued it from behind, if I remember correctly. You are right about the gas...

This thread was very interesting as I need the same paint color. I called Chris as recommended by droptop. Nice guy and very helpful. He confirmed the Baltic Blue that Acme A12 mentioned. Placed the order while talking to Chris. Glad this thread came up because I was going to go with a can of B7.

I think it is a personal choice. I have both hard copy and a downloaded version. I prefer the hard copy. I think that is your answer.
