Anyway to solve where a certain canadian 1970 RR was sold new? Y07 on the tag, but it's not a Hemi car so I feel this will be almost impossible. Thoughts?

Maybe check with Hamtramk Historical, Galen Govier or some registry as they may have info on your vin number or dealership records.

Y07 code means Build to Canadian Specs. What does being, or not being a HEMI car have to do with anything?

There is a database for Canadian Hemi Cars. That's what I mean. Yes I know Y07 is Canadian specs, which also means it was sold new in Canada.
