Wiper Arm Removal Tool

Anyone know where to get one? It is pictured on page 8-84 of the 1969 Plymouth service manual and has a part no. of C3982.

I could probably make one if anyone could post a better picture of one with some dimensions.

Kind of figure that type was obsolete by now, but I'll check.

remove the clip with a small screw driver, place a rubber mallet under the arm to create a leverage and use a screw driver to lift off like a see saw to rock it off.. worked fine for me.. free and no damage

I've always just pushed the clip back and then pulled on the wiper arm.

I'll admit it's easier with the tool, but I only recently acquired one.

Check in the "Help Section" at your local auto parts store. Lisle makes a inexpensive tool that works on most conventional styles and will help to prevent marring the cowl, the splines on the shaft or the arm itself. Arms are getting to become harder to find and the reproductions are not cheap and are not correct.
