I have always had an appreciation of classic cars and am still younger (35).....I think. I agree dmartin, you see so many camaros, mustangs, etc that when you see the more unique/rare classic cars they really grab your attention.
I like the fact that Plymouth is no longer around which makes them even more rare. Beyond that I think that the roadrunners have a lot of features which no other classic cars have. You all know what they are but here are some of the ones that makes me like the roadrunners (engine options - 440+6, air grabber hood w/ air grabber decal, cartoon mascot, graphics (black striping on hood, dust trail, trunk lid decal), rallye dash, hurst shifter, tick-tock tach and generally speaking an overall badass body style. Very mean looking and sounding.
Looking forward to working on the car with my son and will be something I will keep forever and pass along to him.
