Upload pics problem

I keep getting this message, "

Security error occurred. Please press back, refresh the page, and try again.

Every time I try and upload a pic either using Google Chrome or Microsoft,

I am new today but have a question that will require pics,

I figured it out, I use a professional camera, a Sony a7iii. It stores pics at around 9.2 MB. I resized this pic to about 2.5 MB and viola, it uploaded!
