Undercoating removal options.

Going to be tackling the job of undercoat removal sometime soon. I see a lot of options and tricks for this. What do you guys find that works best for you? Thanks!

Propane torch with flame spreader and a putty knife is my weapon of choice.

Same here and you can control the mess. I had mine media blasted after I scraped it, the blaster suggested it to save on money and to keep his media clean. That said about 3 hrs with a commercial steam cleaner will get it done.

Depends on how much undercoating there is...

Probably two bottles will do most, if not all.
