Okay. It's not mine. I found this at the Moultrie (GA) Swap Meet this past weekend and got it for Chris for his A12. Couple of text messages back and forth with Chris, a little haggling with the guy (Jerry of J&J - you guys might have seen his ads in MCG) selling it, and presto-change-o, Chris has an NOS emblem for the Bee.

I think this ought to buy me at least a three month reprieve from any freak'n Miata or Sombrero pics...

No saints and no trades; I just offered to let him squeeze on her a little while I looked the other way in return for a better price... Hey, parts are expensive these days... :basketcase:

 All kidding aside. THANK YOU very much!! I guess someone gets a scooby snack over at the Goat Hill Tavern! Oh and BTW an A12 Bee would be one hell of an addition to Casa De Simpson. I would give you mine but its a lowly Orange car and I would hate to insult Bambi. :D

You are very welcome!

Goat Hill is ALWAYS a good idea... :yesnod:

Love to have an A12 Bee to keep Bambilicious company. Even a lowly orange one... :acme:

I'd really like to have that B5 A12 Bee with the white gut that HemiBeep & I saw at the MATS. MoPar Muscle cover car too. 500" stroker and a stirring stick coming up through the floor. That would be the perfect stable mate for my old warhorse... :yesnod:

Ray, you da man!

BTW, while on your travels, I would like an 8 3/4 A-Body rear, if you're feeling generous. :beep:

Top Banana, black C-Stripes, Go-Wing, white gut with buckets & console, 383, 4-speed, A/C, PS, PDB, and 15" Rallyes. Nope. Not me. I've never even given owning one a second thought... :basketcase:

Personally I can't stand those guys (J & J). I make it a point never to bother with them. They are usually way overpriced and it seems that the customenr is a burden to them. Glad you felt it was worth it to buy from them.

You sure you don't have Jerry Dempsey confused with "G&D"...? J&J is not a they, it is a he, and he's extremely nice to deal with - just a laid back old country boy. Glenn & Dana on the other hand...well, let's just say that I NEVER buy anything from them...

Nope. J & J rubbed me the wrong way up at Garlits a while back - not a fan by any means.

Older guy, white hair and white ZZ-Top Beard, selling parts out of a white chebbie van???

Can't imagine. Jerry has never been anything but a gentleman to me. He even carries around a spreadsheet that I gave him of the A12-specific parts that I need for Bambi...been up to his junkyard many times...just gives me free rein to roam as I please...

Maybe you pissed him off somehow... :basketcase:
