Source for passenger side exterior mirror?

Anybody have a source for obtaining a passenger-side outside rearview mirror (either OEM or quality replica) to match the stock driver-side mirror on my '72 RR?

I received the mirror today. Wow. VERY high quality. Do you happen to know if there's an installation template available for proper placement? (The mirror didn't come with any instructions.)

Also, the mirror didn't come with the needed sheet metal mounting nuts to be placed within the door for the accompanying bolts to screw into. Any idea for a source for those?
