I understand your frustration, I had Esslinger ship me a part for my sons truck. I left Ontario Ca. and went to Joliet Il and sat for over a week. I contacted them and they said it was lost. The I got an email about it going through customs. They had sent it to Ontario CANADA! I got it three days later.
