I absolutely recommended KYB Gasajust shocks! I’ve used them on bout everything: ‘55 Brand “C” autoxer, 74 Elky, the Satty, ‘03 Lightning, and ‘46 Stupidbaker with Mustang II front end. The control is there with better ride than “cop” shocks back in the day on B bodies!

Just beware when installing: They use higher(!) gas pressure than most. When you cut the restraining strap make sure it’s lined up (ask me how I know).:beep:
That is what I got for my Road Runner seem to give the car a nice ride height too. Plus they just look good. They look very 60's with their decals...

I have KYBs on the wife's Swinger. Between the shocks, the ADCO sway bars, and the Steer & Gear Stage II steering box that is the best riding & driving A-Body I have ever owned...and I've had over 30 of them.

I say we have 5 of them. She says 8. I don't count parts cars. She does. She just had this conversation with Mac while we were at Carlisle... :realcrazy:

found a local Craigslist ad for a Dodge truck that has been sitting a long time. He's parting or whole. It has a set of slots on it, talked to the guy, he'll take $8o for them. I'd like to drag the whole thing home, grab some other parts then scrap it. I mentioned this to The Boss the other night about the wheels, and she seemed OK. She's been dropping hints (like dropping a bowling ball from an overpass) about wanting to get a swing for the deck. I've been dragging my feet about it, wanting to surprise her with it for our up coming anniversary. I brought up the parts truck again (guy doesn't want to sell the wheels until he's ready to scrap it so he can move it) and she said "what do you want it for?" I reminded her about the wheels, how cheap they are, and other parts I could use. "What's wrong with the wheels you have?" Nothing...I just want these......"How many wheels do you need?" I brought up the two chais of her Mother's we had just brought over from her porch....the other four chairs on our deck..and the swing she wants.....plus the bench down by her pond,,,how many chairs do YOU need? Do you really want to go there? She dropped the truck....:D I need to scroung some junk wheels to give the guy so I can get those slots.
