I used to go flying with a guy I worked with that had a Cesna single engine. We flew over the Ravenna Arsenal once. That thing went on forever!

I actually got to watch them water-bomb the fire from the air last year as I was driving up to Santa Maria from SoCal. Up around the Santa Barbara area. Pretty wild to see in person...it was a little hazy on the old 101 but to Chris' point, it was just business as usual...

I was on the Santa Barbara (jesusita) Fire. They had more air strikes than any other fire I have been on. Its also the first time I have had a water drop on me and my crew! That water is heavy! It was like getting hit with a thousand water balloons!
