3M black super weatherstrip adhesive - got it at my local Advance Auto Parts.

Remember - less is more with this stuff. You don't want it squishing out all over the place.

That 3M adhesive reminds me of a hair brain idea I had, I used the yellow 3M weather strip adhesive on an oil pan once !! Had to disassemble the engine a few years later and that was a nightmare !! That was 35 years ago ! Lol

If that 3M black super weatherstrip adhesive is the same stuff I used, remember, it is like contact cement. It holds really well, but you only get one shot at it.
