roof where welded to rain gutter

Hello guy's. Have some rust holes near the rain gutter's on both sides of car. They are not big but not a good thing to have holes their. Thought about cutting out 1 inch strip along the roof but then think should cut just those areas and patch them. The rest of the roof is in good shape. Really don't want to have to replace the hole roof. Any ideas would be appreciated. Russ.

No I am not going to start a body shop. The general idea was to start at the front and work my way to the back. When I clear the back bumper I will start painting it. The project is taking longer than I thought but I am a perfectionist so my wife say. I say any job worth doing is worth doing well. Russ.

Have all the parts. What was rusted out is what the corner filler welded under. So Made the piece and if I did not need the lip for the quarter panel window channel to weld to then will cut it out. With all the pieces rusted away and someone tried to recreate it with bond o just could not tell but think I have it now. Russ.
