Finally got the call for the GTX this past weekend that I have been waiting for. My body guy will be ready for it in 4 weeks. Off to the hot tank to be dipped and get ready for paint. He works out of his 2 1/2 car garage behind his house after work. It will take about 12 months after he starts on it, but well worth the wait. He is very good at what he does.

I bought this car in 1976 when I was 16. It has been sitting in the corner for a long time. I always said that when the boys get out of college, this car would go to the top of the list no matter what. Well, Marc has about a year left, and that is about how long it will take to get it back with fresh pretty F5.

Not completely. Lower quarter rust, but that is it. If you look at the driver side below the marker light, you can see it starting to come through. The car was painted in the mid 80's and small patches were put in the front part of the lower quarters just behind the wheel. Other than that, this is an original sheet metal car. I will have to replace the rad support. There was a 440 dropped a short distance on the original one many years ago.

Very cool, Harold. I've liked that car since the first time I saw pics several years ago.

What's the latest with the 'vert?

Some of you may not remember me talking about this car. It was my first car that I bought from the original owner in '76. This is the car that I learned to drive in. Very nicely optioned. Here is the fender tag info.

2 items that are not on the fender tag was the six way seat, and the front and rear speaker. Where would that be documented, on the broadcast sheet?

My 6 way seat is on line 6 box 6 with a 2 typed in it. The speaker is on line 10 box 4 with a 1 typed in it. They also scribbled 6 way on it
