Hi everybody, I wanted to introduce myself. I'm a new member who just agreed to buy a 68 Roadrunner. Don't have it yet as it's a bit complicated because of probate. I hate the term "barn find" as it's overused and sometimes far from the truth. A friend lost a family member and when a storage facility was opened inside was a 70 Cuda AAR 340 six pack complete with 4 speed and a 68 roadrunner 4 speed with 2 engines and 2 trannies (one an 18 spline) laying on the floor. The RoadRunner also has a Dana 60 with a 4.10 gear. The original 383 and a 440 with a date code indicating '69 manufacture that I can't wait dissect. I recently finished a resto on a '72 Hurst/Olds that took 17 years. I know, embarassing to admit but y'all know what a job and 3 kids will do to ya. Anyway, I'm retired now and will be working on this RoadRunner and looking forward to meeting folks on this site.
