Hi all, I have a 1970 road runner that I got from an original owner. It's a California car and was stored in a storage unit in Burbank since 1985, so it needs a bit of dusting, fluid changes, etc. More pictures to come soon. This is my first road runner and looking forward to joining the community.

Welcome aboard. We love pics. Looks like it will need some body work. Some one hit something on the driver's side it seems. But that can be fixed. Keep us posted. Russ.

Welcome to the group. It looks like you are going to need a LF fender. I would start looking now. They are a one year only and no one is reproducing them. Be patient, you'll find it. I had to buy two fenders and cut them to make a good one.

Thanks for the welcome, I actually have a fender and other parts to fix the front end of the car. The person I bought the car from had the parts to fix the car and they never got around to fixing it. I'll hold onto the old fender for anyone who may need it for a project down the road.

Here's some more photos of the interior and of the engine. The carpet on the driver's side is ripped so I'm looking to get replacement carpet. Does anyone have a place they recommend? I'm currently planning to get some of the blue carpet samples from Stock Interiors since I'm not sure on the exact color.

As for some details in the engine picture, the previous owner said the fan came off and it was replaced with a flex fan.

Your fender tag over by the master cylinder will have the interior color. Clean it off and take a picture of it and post it. There are geeks (and I'm one of them) on here who would love to decode it for you.

Ok, There are some numbers I couldn't read and there are some I couldn't find. The ones I could identify come from multiple internet sources. I am in no way an expert.
I could not find your interior color. You may be able to find the broadcast sheet under the rear seat. You may as well look, because the rear seat will need to come out to replace the carpet

Thanks for decoding it, it seems like they ran out of space on the tag. I've already taken the back seat out and didn't see a sheet there. I took a look around for some of the unknown ones and added to the list you made. I didn't have any luck figuring out what the C10 is either.

Believe I got my carpet through part's mix. Good quality. Came with jute pad. How far you go is up to you. Looks like a decent car for restoring it. We love pics and seeing how far other guy's go on making the car look new. So, the work begins. Good luck. :thumbsup2:
