Unless you rich like Chris the oil baron, the medium size homes along the California coast are very similar to your set up.
:toetap: and i was worried about squeezing my cars through a tight spot in my driveway because of where I park my motor house. Which BTW I just finished pouring my little driveway addition this week. Since I am so rich I had a gold plated cement truck bring over the cement with tiny particles of platinum laced in it so that my neighbors wont forget how filthy rich I am and since there were no gold plated cement trucks they sent one over dubai for it to be plated then two princesses from a far away land rowed it back over here in a silver plated canoe and when they arrived I payed them each a trillion dollars for a lap dance and to put their "prints" in my new cement.
Did you have to remove some of that new sod my long winded friend :basketcase: And how did they get the truck threw the moat :jester:
No the sod is fine although I am thinking of removing to erect a huge "Bounder" shrine. (only Bob will get that) To get the concrete from point A to point B, I put the servants to work with pales for a bucket brigade. It only took a hundred servants.

Steve, I hope that your foundation is water proof. That roof pitch looks like it could throw a lot of water towards your house in a heavy rain!

It's only a small area of roof aimed at my house Steve, the guttering will easily handle it.I'll end up with extra snow on the drive from next door though in winter

Yeah Steve, I would say your neighbors owe you one!
I understand you are real cool with them - they are lucky to have such a nice neighbor!

I think I get at least part of that one...having witnessed a seven layer bean dip one-man food fight in that very same Bounder... :basketcase:
