Couple choices, if you want to stay original, eBay and swap meets. Otherwise hit your local junkyard and see what you find. Mine came out of a Jeep Cherokee. Cost me $60.00. Remember need to brace floor as well on brackets. Good luck on your hunt
Saw when looking for seat cover's ran across a company that is reproducing the frame's. It was late and don't remember where it was had been through so many sight's. I finally got pro Scatt seats through Summit racing they recline and have lumbar spine support. Also have head rest. The fit fine in my car with the console. May be a Half inch narrow on the seat bun than the original. Food for thought.
I have a pair that came out of a rolled runner in 1970. Black with charcoal inserts. They were perfect but looking at them the other day I see that one of the inserts has split on a seam. I bought them for my ragtop but it came with a bench and I would prefer to go that route.
If that is all that is wrong with them then they are a good find. Most of the seat's I saw on E bay where junk. People where posting frames that where rotted out for high dollar's.
