Mine was the same way. No clips for the window , it was just shoved in there and glued in.

Looks good!

Coming along Dave, looks good. Window area looks like mine did. Looks like you'll be finished with yours before me.

it's hard to pic a color these old mopars don't look good in. I always liked the green, especially the F8. This is one of the reasons I got this car, since it's an original F8 car. I was considering even going white, but this car belongs to the buddy of mine that's doing the work on mine, and since he's just a couple miles down the road, I figured that would be too close for two of the same.

Never really understood why Chrysler design the back window the way they did. Never liked those corners. The repair job you did looks really clean, so when do you go paint???

thanks, but i'm not doing the work. a buddy of mine is doing all this. I just get to pay for it all! It's not just the wavey back window, the Chargers are just as prone to rot. as far as when it's getting painted.....it's a year today, so I've gone past any goals I had for this year. Not that much left to do, but he works 12 hour shifts at his regular job.

gotta get a new windshield gasket. not only did the previous owner put in a new windshield, without replacing the bad trim clips, they reused a torn windshiled gasket(had yellow paint under the tear). friggin morons:brickwall:

Now that is a shame, however, be very careful installing the glass back in with the new gasket. That glass cracks easy, been there done that once.
