This guy makes pistol grip shifters for just about anything Mopar. I have one on my 6 speed in the '07 dually.

Wood grain ball was original equipment on all 69 Chrysler 4 speed cars and none ever came with a Hurst Equipped emblem or decal. The first thing I did when I had my new RoadRunner in 1969 was to take the ball off and put a Hurst T-handle on it. I like the Hurst Equipped emblem but everyone is buying them and putting them on all sorts of cars. However, I think it would look special on a car in Germany.
