I knew this post is very old, but i came across google pictures to this site and thought if anyone is asking for infos about this car i can give these. therefore i registered just for this post 
the nascar look has been done by the new owner. it's by far not a race car, it has a simple cage welded in with fix door bars, a flat race dashboard with some custom knobs, a removable steering wheel and all the decals that also indicate to his band i think, that's it. there's no trunk mounted gas tank, battery or what so ever.. no cutted or stretched fenders that's all not streetlegal here in switzerland, and it was built to drive, so it's just for look. but great forum - i just own no RR anymore.. only 68&69chargers therefore i may be wrong here ;))
