I have a '69 RR which I bought in '73. It was a basic 383 model and I started to hotrod it from day one. I blew the 383 up in '83 and put a borrowed 440 in it. It was last on the road in '85. I've dragged it from one end of the country to the other with job transfers and its always been stored indoors BUT there is still rot in it from its early years being driven year round. After over 40 years I'm finally getting back at it. I have a 526 RB stroker built. The car is down to the shell with everything cleaned and/or rebuilt as I took it off. The front inners and rad support are off and ready for NOS inners and repro rad support. The upper cowl is off and ready for repro. The drivers floor is out and ready for repro. Still have to remove both rear quarters. At this point I'm looking for a good shop that will tackle the job and complete it in a reasonable time. But I'll keep plugging away till I find that shop.

Welcome from sunny Fl. Glad to have you aboard. I am getting finished replacing Upper and lower cowl section's. Also did door pillar hinge post also inner cowl that the hinge post affixes to. Send us some pic's. Oh is it a two post car? Russ. :wave:
