Front Suspension Rebuild Time

Time to rebuild !! What is a good paint to use on the control arms, sway bar, etc ?

Attempted to dodge some roadkill on the roadway but wasnt successful

Just decent!! Car is no where near original, I've done too many modifications over the years

Some my say Shultz then I used black epoxy. It is tough paint.

If you just want decent I'd grab some VHT Roll Bar & Chassis paint. Advance Auto Parts sells it. I've used a bunch of it over the years. Pretty good stuff for something out of a rattle can. JMHO.

Someone refresh my memory, I'm dropping the steering gear while the lower control is off, after I get the steering shaft loose, will the gear drop out without taking the column out ?

Finally got some free time to work on the car this weekend, presently at a standstill, the right rear upper control arm cam bolt wont come out, its rusted/frozen in place, like to never got the nut off ! Had to use a long beaker bar , I'm open to suggestions !

I've sprayed it with Seafoam Deep Creep

Heat it and see if that helps.

Been a long time since that was out. JB blaster and use a heat gun on it. No flame to worry about. But some time's nothing but a hammer and a big set of vise grips. Would see if you can get the bolt to turn first. After JB blaster and heat gun. Good luck my friend. Had the same problem with mine when taking it down.
