FBO ignition

Does anyone have experience with the FBO HRR688 Mopar Ignition System? I currently have the Mopar P4120505 orange box with ballast resistor but like the idea of eliminating the ballast resistor.

Stayed with the orange ECU and blast resistor. But did order the non point distributor from summit. The system had already been swapped to non point system. So have an extra box new and resistor. Carry it with me. Plus the crank relay. Have them stashed in the trunk. LOL.

Yes, Thats what I have on mine. I just put fake wires to the resistor to make it look original. I have no issue with it.

Good to hear, did you also install the J685 mechanical timing limiter plate they recommend? I don't fully understand how the plate functions, going to need to read up on this.
