Re: F&B 6BBL TBI XFI 2.0

Will keep you posted.
Can pick-up Hemi within next 2/4 weeks and then instal it in engine bay.
Then putting the Topplate on the ModMan (still awaiting).

Have started on the fuel/return system and is big jog to fitt all this under body.
Also will brace 8,75 and put subframe connectors under car.

Estimate 3-4 months of work.

See you later.

Plugs for : TPS,AIC,H2O,O2,AFR,etc.

Wasn't using the heater anyway(528Heater worked fine) , so made mounting board for XFI and MSD in it's place.
Still need to make the wiring route nice.

572Hefi will be picked-up 5th October and then i can continue with wiring.

Still need to mount fuelpump but need to get some plumbing first.
Photo's will follow.

Placed EFI Fuelpump. Not easy to find good spot under car wich is away from exhaust.

Braced 8 3/4 axle . Hope it survives the Hemi.

Also put 2 frame connectors under car and installed MSD 6AL Digital to work with ECU.

Re: F&B 6BBL TBI XFI 2.0

That is going to be beautiful, except for the green part. From what I have seen tuning is the hard part of installing efi and I have known a few people to have a great deal of trouble. This was a few years ago and maybe things have gotten better. There is an ongoing post on Moparts that I have been following and I am curious to see how it works out. I understand that the FAST system is one of the more user friendly systems out there. Was that a factor in your decision?
