And here are the latest PQIA test results for Shell Rotella T4 15W-40 (CK-4).

Rotella is yet again good-to-go:

ZINC: 1203ppm
PHOSPHORUS: 1080ppm

But, beware, the new Chevron Delo 400 and Mobil Delvac 1300 Super have reduced ZDDP:

It's the (SN) designation you want to avoid if it's ZINC you want.

I really like the results on the Shell Rotella T5 10W-30. I have a 68 stock rebuilt 383Mag with about 10K miles on it. Would you add any additive to the Shell Rotella T5 10W-30?

That is good to know. But will stick with mobile one for now. In the Runner. Have found that change of oil after running another brand has its down fall's. Don't ask me why but found an old motor and switched oil and it started to send sludge to the oil filter. Probably because they used a non detergent oil in it and I put a detergent oil in it. My fault. so that is why I say this.

I use Rotella T5 10W30 and add a bottle of ZDDP plus.
