The handle is a hollow with a tube that runs through the handle into the spout. The spout is fabricated to look like a spigot, but normally a spigot valve handle opens toward the front of the spigot instead of left-to-right. Notice he always holds his hand a specific way to hide the tube coming out of his sleeve. There's a pump and a bag of beer in his clothes that he controls from a switch taped to his left hand or the back of the iPad. The app itself may even run the pump. I have an app for my iPad that controls several things in my classroom through wifi.

You can see he tils the tap(beer) to the right.

Or so i think.
I think you're right Dutch. He always uses his right hand and it appears that the handle doesn't have a top to it so he could insert a hose into it. That's my guess anyways.
