I guess they have put some work into it. Based on the photo's though none of this work is shown.
"1969 Plymouth Road Runner Convertible, born with VIN matching block, all matching body numbers. This car is in restoration. Has received new trunk pan and floor pans. Engine has been removed to paint engine compartment. Price is based on painted engine compartment and trunk bay. Engine is reinstalled. Does not include engine-build cost of $4,000. This is a very rare and beautiful Roadrunner Convertible. Light blue metallic with white interior. Console automatic. White convertible top. Car has its original fender tag."

Sound's like spending the kid's inheritance. Just doing a basic hard top is expensive also. I can just figure a rag top would be a lot more money to restore.
