Carb swap Holley 750 to carter Avs 4426s on 440

On this 1970 GTX 440 Auto i bought it has a 750 Holley double pumper no choke
I have a Carter avs 4426s would it be more correct than the 750 and where can i get it rebuilt?
J9 is carb date

Thx! you ,You know the one time i used this guy Andy my carb was worst off than i gave it too him no bs.
It was a Quadrajet
I also made a mistake my carb is a 4726s

I used him once and had problems, but he did warn me Quadrajets were difficult
