Another thing you could do instead of swapping cams is get an adjustable pushrod and use it to figure out the pushrod length you need and have a set made up. It would be cheaper than getting the Comp adjustable rocker arms. Or, if you are in need of getting the car set up go get some ball & cup rockers and pushrods. If you shop around you can probably find some rockers and pushrods for about the same price as the Comp adjustable rockers.

They also sell the pushrods.

Just going to a set of adjustable pushrods would be another option to consider. This would allow you to set the lifter preload individually in addition to addressing the issue that you've already identified. If you consider this route just call Smith Brothers and have them craft a set to work with your stock rockers. Use a pushrod length checker (Comp makes them - available at your local speed shop cheap) to obtain the basic desired length info that Smith Brothers will ask for. These are not a cheap or gimmicky solution either - their pushrods see service in race engines across the country every week because of the versatility that they offer. I ran a set in a SB Stroker with a flat tappet for a while. Stout pieces. Worked great. Much cheaper than adjustable rockers for a Chrysler too...
