69 Rear bumper

I'm wanting to.replace my rear bumper. Picked up a nice one . Looks like the bolts are rusted. Should I take off the brackets and bumper together?

Remember it’s heavy so be careful on that last bolt

What a pain is the ass. Twisted a couple bolts off etc buts it's off the car!

I would attach the bumper brackets loosely first then the bumper makes the job easy for adjustment

Nice! Was it difficult in putting it on? Mind was too high up towards the tail light on the right. I'm wonder if there is any adjustment?

It’s a bit of a challenge alone. I used some boxes under it to help hold while lying under the car. I actually mounted with brackets already attached to bumper which made it heavier. It’s also a semi-snug fit to sides of body. Just take your time. Start all bolts on car but don’t tighten until aligned good.
