69 Rear bumper

I'm wanting to.replace my rear bumper. Picked up a nice one . Looks like the bolts are rusted. Should I take off the brackets and bumper together?

What a pain is the ass. Twisted a couple bolts off etc buts it's off the car!

It’s a bit of a challenge alone. I used some boxes under it to help hold while lying under the car. I actually mounted with brackets already attached to bumper which made it heavier. It’s also a semi-snug fit to sides of body. Just take your time. Start all bolts on car but don’t tighten until aligned good.
