Did the fuse block mount in the same place OK quikbird as the original one. If I get a new bulk head connector why cant I just wire the connector with the new wire's. I see the connector at classic industries. Also new terminal connectors male and female. Would like to go that way. It would look original then. Russ.
In my case I could care less if it looks original. I have no problem with those of you who do. It your car. I wanted to get rid of the bulkhead connector because that is where many of the connection problems exist. Every connector in a circuit is a potential point of failure. I welded in a plate where the connector was and drilled a hole in that area.
Russ, sorry, missed one of your questions. The fuse block can be mounted just about anywhere. With haywire they have a umbilical that can be made if you want to move it farther away. Mine is under the middle of the dash and will be covered with part of the console when I get around to it
That sounds good. Yea they have a plate to put where the bulk head connector goes. The people where real nice and the price is good also. Just trying to figure what to do with all the connections' like gages an such. Well the price is good like a said. If I go with all mopar wiring it would run pretty high. like I stated. The under dash harness with fuse block was about 600 from year one. Will have to think this one over. Thanks for the info. Russ.
Ronliv has a dog that drive's the runner. Just kidding. What are you doing Dave you where not on here for a while. You must have been out of commission.
