Replace your PCV. It could be bad not letting the crankcase breath correctly and adding pressure to the crankcase causing leaks. I always try cheap and easy first.

It never sees the rain, cold weather or snow.I guess if you never drive it the problem is solved
Did you find out what the problem was?Well the leak has returned after 50 miles. Can’t say it is the rear main,but when I inspect the pan bolts around the rear of the pan near the inspection cover they seemed quite loose and there was not any signs of rtv pushed outward in any of the gasket layers.
Pics might tell one of the experts the next course of action if any.
