23 spline A833 trans

I have a 69 roadrunner (383ci) did all 383 come with a 23 spline Transmission?

Yes the Hemi had the bigger shaft with fewer spline's. It was stronger than the 23 spline. It had 18 splines.

The complete gear set is different but the case is the same
