Per the fender tag this car had a 383 with an auto trans when new. I owned a '71 gtx 440-6 back then and it had 385 factory horses. It was rated 5hp less that the '70 model.

Love the color and the fact that it originally had A/C. Needs some TLC though...especially in the interior. Looks like a Super Shifter 3 with a pistol grip hung on it. I'd hook up the air, drop the nose a bit, and beat the snot out of it.
