No painted bumpers. Runners are popping up all over now for sale. If you do a resto. why not put new bumpers on it. Must say the quality of the new bumpers are not what I was expecting. Another runner owner and I expressed. Paint on chrome and some irregulates in the metal and chrome process. Just my two cents. But they do look better than painted ones.
