To be clear.
Not sure what you are asking.
The gas tank has two vent line nipples.
A 3/8 pickup has 1 extra thing.
If not needed cap the fuel pickup extra thing.
The 2 nipples on the tank need external vent lines as previously explained.
If factory venting is expected.
Weird stuff.

The interweb says Year One is the exclusive vendor.
But places like Vans Auto have the harnesses advertised.
If you order one, expect a long delay and a good product.
I had a harness just come after a long wait.
I'm checking the paperwork now, and looks...

I don't think you need to move the engine.
Back up the coupler with something when hitting the pin to remove it to make that easier, of course.
If you ever need to pull the coupler apart these are available.

I just found out the vent window assembly is too wide to drop in the window channel.
No wait!
Make that the channel is too narrow for the vent window assembly.
I'm pretty sure I can spread the opening.
But it sure would have been better to find it before I painted the door.
Much easier.
Russ,
Maybe I should have bought some new vent assemblies.
But the flawed chrome is a badge of honor.
Right?
The aftermarket (you know who) doors are not perfect either.
That inner bolt hole doesn't line up enough with the fixed nut on mine.
I've already painted the door and will have to use a...
Well, I really can't see how it adjusts anything.
But after I posted Ifigured how the assembly prevents movement in two plains.
In other words keeps the channel from moving forward aft and side to side
But that loop around the long stud would allow the frame to find its correct position up and...

These stabilize the bottom of the vent window track apparently.
But I can't see why they have to be made like they are except to allow up and down variance of the track during instillation.
Doubt they are adjustable in any way.
Nut on the bottom simply tightens to a flat platform.
Why the long...
All I can tell you is I did a Charger and it was a little worn inside the hole so I welded and reshaped it.
Then the clutch peddle had a tendency to not want to return completely.
Almost but just not quite bumping "up" to the rubber stop.
A new one from Brewer's fixed it.

I have only painted my own cars with single stage paints. I can exhaust my knowledge in a few sentences.

You are doing the repair or the car has been repainted already?
Very different scenario.

The word "random" confuses me.
Is the dash VIN and the 79 registration one or two VINs?
The same VIN or two different ones?
And it sounds like we are assuming the body, engine and broadcast sheet are the "original VIN".
So, that makes me think you may have 3 Road Runner VINs.
I don't know if I...
There are good companies

Vans, 521 Restorations and Megaparts are Mopar people and what you get from them is reliably accurate as far as possible.

To be clear
You have a broadcast sheet and title or paperwork with one 1969 Road Runner VIN.
And you have a dash frame with a different 1969 Road Runner VIN.
The body, engine and transmission match the dash VIN.
I think your engine should be orange.
