    Headers

I always media blast away the cheap shipping paint applied to the headers. Then repaint with bbq high temp black. Paint out lasts the headers after they rust through from the inside out over the years.

    Wheels

I run 295/50/15's with 15"X8" wheels on the rear with several sets of different types of wheels between my Chargers, Challenger and Road Runner. Here is a couple of them on the Chargers. I like a lower meatier look and not jacked up too high in the rear.

    Interior... Done!

Looking good. Don't give up. I have been on my project car for 10 years or so but it's almost done. It is about the cost of everything more then motivation or ambition to work on it for me. Takes months to save up for the part/s, 10 minutes to bolt it on. Lol.

    Slotted wheels

I never liked the 6 slot. I think the 5 slots look better. Best if polished.

    71 Registry

71's R.R.'s were always my least favorite Mopar. The older I get the more they are growing on me as long as they have the body colored bumpers.

    What this site has become...

Opinions vary. Nothing on an site bothers me. Some are more knowledgeable than me. Some are not. I just read what everyone has to say. If I don't agree, I just move on. Not that difficult or terrible enough to call this place a toilet...

    What's in your garage

I do everything on all my own vehicles. Never been able to afford to pay someone else to do things. I do have some paint and body buddies that we swap out time, labor, expenses etc.

    What's in your garage

The Runner I plan on doing a 70' lift off hood six pack car as if Chrysler carried it on into the next year. I am thinking black with red interior. The red on the letters of the scoop, redline tires with black steelies will have nice contrast.

    What's in your garage

This one is the oddball of my 70's fleet but is a 74' with a 440.

    What's in your garage

A lot of nice cars in these garages. Here is my Moparium as my buddies call it. Unfortunately, the Road Runner and other Charger is in the trailer. One of my Chargers and one of my Challengers get the garage. Need to go double deep with the garage someday.

1970 A12 lift off hood Road Runner

My Challenger is also mini tubbed and moved inboard to the frame rails. More meat always looks better.

    Thursday Cruise night at Freddy’s

Nice. This was at our local cruise night last Thursday night. The real Eddie Munster from the t.v. show owns replicas of the Munster Coach and Dragula. It was cool to see them for real in person.

1970 440 Aluminum or Cast Six Barrel Intake Manifold

I have had 2 iron sixpack intakes and 2 alum sixpack intakes all on different cars over the years and currently have had 1 on my Charger for over 25 years. Never had one person look or ever ask if it was an iron or alum intake ever. I would go with an alum, paint it, no one will no the...

Thought I had found my Cragar mag's

Bummer you missed out. I love Cragars. I mix it up a bit as I swap back and forth between the Cragars and the Rallye wheels on one of my Chargers.
