I always media blast away the cheap shipping paint applied to the headers. Then repaint with bbq high temp black. Paint out lasts the headers after they rust through from the inside out over the years.
I run 295/50/15's with 15"X8" wheels on the rear with several sets of different types of wheels between my Chargers, Challenger and Road Runner. Here is a couple of them on the Chargers. I like a lower meatier look and not jacked up too high in the rear.
Looking good. Don't give up. I have been on my project car for 10 years or so but it's almost done. It is about the cost of everything more then motivation or ambition to work on it for me. Takes months to save up for the part/s, 10 minutes to bolt it on. Lol.

I do everything on all my own vehicles. Never been able to afford to pay someone else to do things. I do have some paint and body buddies that we swap out time, labor, expenses etc.
The Runner I plan on doing a 70' lift off hood six pack car as if Chrysler carried it on into the next year. I am thinking black with red interior. The red on the letters of the scoop, redline tires with black steelies will have nice contrast.
A lot of nice cars in these garages. Here is my Moparium as my buddies call it. Unfortunately, the Road Runner and other Charger is in the trailer. One of my Chargers and one of my Challengers get the garage. Need to go double deep with the garage someday.
Nice. This was at our local cruise night last Thursday night. The real Eddie Munster from the t.v. show owns replicas of the Munster Coach and Dragula. It was cool to see them for real in person.
