Does anyone have a decent carb they would turn loose of at a decent price??? Building my 68 383HP, .30 over, 906 heads, headers 4 speed, ect, just don't want to spend $500 on a new one. Also trying to figure out what cam to order. Thanks, send me a PM if you have one, and the price. J
I do keep a good variety of rivots, but leave vehicles to my wire feed! Lots of good info, and 521 pricing looks better. Anyone got a lead on wiring harnesses?
Looks like I need the harness from the dash back to the rear of the car, and all 3 harnesses that plug in the front of the firewall, if you guys have some spares! Or, tell me where I can order these. Thanks, Jerry :beep:
Going to replace the quarters on my 68. Original owner cut out the wheelwells a little to run wrinkle tires and I don't see the possibility of fabricating to fix the problem (unless some of you guys have had sucess doing it). It's a real shame, for the car is rust free basically. Who has the...
Looks like we have a little more in common. I am in the telco business also. I'm a supervisor for Table Top Tel. Co, based out of Ajo. We both live in Az, have a RR. Maybe when I finish mine we can hook up at a show somewhere. I travel all over the state, so surely we can run into each other...
Thanks, guys. I kind of figured most were made in Canada, since the ebay sellers I saw were up north. Nothing seems to be made here anymore (don't get me started). Suprised they are not made in mehico  :leave:
I am working on a 68 RR Restoration, and the car I have didn't come with a fuel tank. As I was about to buy a new one off eBay, noticed that I might need alot more than just a tank. I know I will need a sending unit for sure, and I just don't know if I need the following (or how many of each)...
Three contractors had worked a long day and wanted to get some affordable shut eye. They went into a hotel and asked if they had a room with 3 beds. The clerk told them they indeed had one, and that the room was 30 bucks for the night (this was a long time ago). They each gave him 10 dollars...
Back in 1890, an old Prospector realized he hadn't been to town for supplies in a while. He rode down into town, and after getting what he needed, stopped in the saloon for a few beers. A man came in leading a donkey, got up on the stage, and told the crowd "I'll bet anyone in here a hundred...
Thanks for the photos. Have to think about it, and may not do either, just don't know. Kind of want it to be matching to the fender tag, but since I'm changing the paint slightly, might just go for the stripes. Wanted to put stripes on the 67 mustang I just did, but got outvoted by the wife. She...
At times I have had some 6 or 7 restored Antique Farm Tractors in my shop, but I would settle for 4 restored mopars now! Almost all the tractors have been sold now, and the 68 roadrunner will be the first mopar residing in the barn (if I can convince my wife to keep the 67 mustang I just...
