    Convertible side glass

That’s about the only part that I didn’t need. Never heard they were the same. The convertible windshield is wagon/sedan for 69. I know convertible door glass is reproduced not sure I’ve seen quarter glass.

Tips for U-hauling the RR on car hauler?

There were a bunch of the 737max planes parked at Marana too. Those should all be gone now though. I miss the 747’s, spent many hours on UAL 47’s upstairs with maybe 20 others.

Tips for U-hauling the RR on car hauler?

Every now and then use UHaul trailers, I have two 2” wide ratchet tie down straps for the rear and wrap them around the axle. I Never use the chain that comes with the trailer. The front straps on the UHaul are decent and the wheels sit in a well at front which helps.

    440 w/air grabber

Interesting. The 383 base is 1/2” taller than the reproduction “440” base I have. Your numbers match. Carb height same as stock the edelbrock CH4B Chrysler intake is what I have. So....may go back to stock intake if I can’t take any height out of the bases

    440 w/air grabber

Super chicken....do you see that much variation on the OEM bases? I think cutting my 383 original may be my best oprion. The reproduction has too much of a taper to be able to cut then re weld the rolled edge that seats on the carb. The 383 base may do the job after a bunch of hours.
