I've never seen that on a B Body either and can't say if I like it or not. I've seen a few on A Bodies where they don't look so bad. He says the dealer did it when the car was new? I suppose that's possible but who knows.
 
I know its not factory but did they put a half top on anything in 69? I don't recall it!

FWIW, I've never seen one. It seems to me that if one did exist it most likely would been in one of the car magazines.

I am not buying the at dealer when new because of the trim. Half tops did not come on B bodies until 71. I believe a bodies had them in 70 but the trim would not be wide enough.
