Getting to point in my life where I've got to get rid of things. I have someone who is interested in my 69. I have no idea on the value of it. I'm second owner got it in '70. Drove it till late 80's when a drunk rear ended it. Damaged rear left quarter and trunk. Specs are 383 with 4speed and posi rear end. In my younger days I added Edlebrock manifold, 750 Holly carb, Mallory ignition, Hooker headers. Unfortunately didn't keep the original parts. Interior is shot as its been sitting in the desert sun for 25 yrs. Has the airgrabber hood but not the inside parts. 68k on the motor. Nothing ever done to the engine. Vinyl top although that's in bad shape. Still have 3 of the original rims, should have the other one but can't find it.
Been thinking about selling last few years but with fixed income now might be time to sell it.
If I had to guess I would think between 5-10k.
Any ideas?

Depends on the amount of damage from the encounter with the drunk driver. A sun scorched interior is a lot better than rust issues. Knowing the full history of the car is huge plus.

That's a neat car. Since its complete and rust free with good ownership history it will still fetch a decent price. It's going to need a quarter, trunk floor extension, rear tail panel, Dutchman panel, and trunk floor. It might also need a trunk gutter. It's a lot easier to replace damaged parts than rusty ones. Hopefully the left rear framerail is straight. I think it would pull 7.5-10k in its condition.

If the frame is not bent and the floors are solid, that's about what I was thinking, with 68K on the matching engine and having everything there. Will need a total restoration, but worth it for the right person.

I look at it from a buyer's perspective, cost to restore it to drivable condition vs cost to restore it to like new condition and in this case based on the pictures it would need a complete resto to like new and that could be anywhere from 30k-60 depending on where you live. Taking that into consideration and grading it on the nada scale and all you can do is go with the "low retail" value which is higher than I would offer($15k) for this car. " Low Retail Value
This vehicle would be in mechanically functional condition, needing only minor reconditioning. The exterior paint, trim and interior would show normal wear, needing only minor reconditioning. May also be a deteriorated restoration or a very poor amateur restoration. Mostly usable “as-is”. This column does not represent a “parts car”."
knowing what the approx cost to restore the car is and also knowing the car is not low retail (the only guide to pricing) I would offer $3-6k. $6 only if you had all the original documentation ( build sheet. dealer sales receipt, etc) and good history on it.

bigmanjbmopar makes some really good points. All things relative, cost to restore where you are is factor. Here labor is cheaper and could be restored for $20k-30k. I think his offer range, from a buyers perspective, is reasonable and should be expected. Some of it also comes down to how bad someone wants it and how willing you are to let it go. I have seen full drivers that needed very little work go for $10K-12k and complete rust buckets go for the same price. Depends on the day and the parties involved. Hopefully the input on here helps give you an idea so you are not caught off guard by an offer and/or don't end up giving it away.
