Putting a console in a 69 runner

Well all of you guy's have done a lot of thing's with your cars. So I want to put bucket seat's in my 69 with a console. Mine has the off set hump for the shifter and don't want it to come up through the console. So if any of you have done this or have an idea please let me know. One person told me to get the auto trans console and cut it out. Looking at the charger console it looks longer with glove box to the rear and shifter up front on the auto trans. Well need all the help I can get Hope you guy's are having fun out their may be next year ill be driving mine to.

The console and tops are reproduced but you also need a console shift handle to put on the existing shift box. Not going to be cheap, look at Tony's. http://www.tonysparts.com/SearchResults.asp

DO NOT modify your console. The console shifters are offset (under the console) to allow for the shift handle to come up through the center of the console and then offset again to bring it back over where it comes through the tunnel.

Oh hope you read this how wide is your bucket seat saw some in classic industries got their measurement's just want to see if they are close some one put 97 mustang bucket's in mine and that they seam to be small for the cabin. The 4 speed console covers the hump.
