I have bad news
The doctor tells his patient: "Well I have good news and bad news..."

The patient says, "Lay it on me Doc. What's the bad news?"

"You have Alzheimer's disease."

"Good heavens! What's the good news?"

"You can go home and forget about it!"

It's kinda hard to laugh at this one. My mother was developing demensia before she took ill, and how it affected her over the last 3 years of her life. And after seeing my friends father, who I've known for over 35 yrs, being affected by Alzheimer's. I know this is meant to be funny, but when you see how it destroys peoples memories first hand, it is anything but.

your 100% right....its a terrible thing to see a family member lose there mind and not know anyone....it seems to be more and more common

i have a buddy whose wife was starting to forget things ....he brought her to the doctor and it turns out her aluminum count was very high....all her life she used this deodorant....it has aluminum in it...the doc said the deodorant and the use of aluminum pots and pans was the cause of her forgetting things.....she is much better today
