Did they actually do it? or just talk about it? Looks like the article says that congress is blocking all aid to Egypt until they prove they are democratic enough to deserve help from the west.

I'd like to know that too! But how many things has this guy done on his own, without going through the proper channels. With that in mind I wouldn't doubt that he did do it. Which goes to show the arrogance of this guy who thinks he can do what ever he wants and won't play by the rules of his office. And all the more reason to get him the hell out of that office!
