Damn near went there in Feb. 79 after the A.F. A guy could spend a year and come back with $40K teaching the goofy Iranians how to fix the F-15s we gave the Shah. Glad I dodged that one. It would have been the "mistake of the month". Hostages were taken in Nov. that year and Carter was in charge!...
