I would have never painted it that color or put the white gut in it.

I saw it for sale on Ebay a couple of years after I sold it in epoxy primer with most parts to complete. Some guy had no idea about the car and was attempting to resell it. It was pretty funny to get emails threatening lawsuits if I didn't stop the thread on Moparts detailing how it was in no way an "original panel" car.

I learned a ton working on that car.

I think I remember that thread on the parts. some people don't like being called what they are.

What could he sue you for? Speaking the truth?

People can sue anybody for anything... Getting it to court is another matter.

I laughed and laughed about that. So did people that know me and the car.

He started off one email with "My name is XXXXXXX, I'm a doctor....if you don't stop putting liable statements on the internet I will sue you..."

:haha:

So I sent a list of places to look for bondo/handmade panels. I didn't hear back.

It was a nice car when the one guy finished it, but it didn't change the fact that it wasn't a rust free original.

Had a 451/727 354 Dana.

I just found the guy I bought this car from. He is still in the Ville.

He has a nice collection of about a dozen Mopars.

The guy I got it from has an A12 Bee.

It is this color. Funny thing is I told him the next guy ruined the car I got from him by painting it that color LOL!!!!!!!!

Wonder where this car ended up at after the Dr. in FL?

Wonder if they ever figured out what I knew?

You can have my portion too then; never much cared for buttersnot... It's kinda like a few colors in Ma MoPar's old color palette...in that it wouldn't prevent me buying a car if the price and circumstances were right, but I wouldn't go hunting for one either...
