I have ordered several things the past 3 months. I had a order that was delivered yesterday 12/19/24. FedEx took a pic. I had 2 items in the package. I only received one. I called today and was told the other item was on backorder. This has happened a couple of times and when I ordered the parts nothing was noted it would be back ordered. Any other good place to go out there? I mean I'm a mopar guy but not good customer service imo. Oh well guess I'm expecting too much.

Roseville Moparts, i had an online order and they called to tell me one item was not in stock even though it showed in stock when I ordered and apologized, they then didn't charge me for ANY shipping and sent the one item a few days later - EXCELLENT customer service!
